2. Can I take Indukantha Gritham as a preventive measure to boost immunity? 

AVP Indukantha Gritham is fortified with selected herbs that help bolster natural immunity. It aids protection from seasonal changes and promotes the body's natural defence mechanism. However, ghee form may be suitable only if you have healthy digestive activity and normal bowel movements.
