1. Is it mandatory to have honey when taking Dasamoolakaduthrayam? 

As per the original traditional recipe, the formulation is meant to be taken with small quantities of honey as adjuvant. Pure honey has a Kapha dosha balancing property and scraping action which helps in loosening the phlegm. It also helps in increasing the therapeutic efficacy of the formulation.   

2. Is Dasamoolakaduthrayam Kashayam safe for children? 

AVP Dasamoolakaduthrayam Kashayam does not contain any harmful additives. Hence this can be given for children above 5 years in appropriate doses. For children below 5 years of age, it is best to consult a registered Ayurvedic Practitioner for understanding the optimum dose. 

3. Can I take Dasamoolakaduthrayam Kashayam for Cough, Cold, Flu, Sinusitis and Rhinitis? 

Yes. AVP Dasamoolakaduthrayam Kashayam contains ingredients like Dasamoola, Vasa, Nagara, Pippali and Maricha that are beneficial in the above-mentioned conditions.   

4. Can Dasamoolakaduthrayam Kashayam be consumed if there are other diseases?
