This is a 3 KV capacity stainless steel electric steam boiler, that has an electric level sensing system. If the water level reaches the heating element, the system turns off the boiler to prevent damage from dry heating. Once water is refilled, the boiler will start heating again. Ideally paired with the AVP steam box.
